NEW YORK (VINnews) — A historic meeting will take place this coming Shabbos as eight Vizhnitz admorim will hold a joint tish in the Beis Midrash Levush Mordechai- Vizhnitz in Monsey.

The tish will mark the third yahrzeit of their father the Toras Mordechai of Vizhnitz and the admorim from Monsey, Kiamesha Lake, Williamsburg, Jerusalem-Lakewood, London, Montreal and Beit Shemesh as well as the rebbe’s grandson from Boro Park will converge on the Monsey beis midrash. Thousands of chasidim from around the world are expected to attend the tish.
The preparations for the communal tish included special matching chairs and stenders for the admorim, who will be in Monsey from Thursday and will receive chasidim there.
One of the chasidim said that “this is an historic event, there are eight admorim who each have baruch hashem many chasidim and they will convene for a shabbos together where they will conduct all the tefillos and tishes.
The admorim will also visit the tomb of their grandfather, the Skverer rebbe, whose yahrzeit falls on Monday.
This should be the norm!!
