LAKEWOOD (VINnews) — A Lakewood father of five was tragically killed in a car crash on Wednesday morning.

According to Lakewood Alerts, the vehicle was driving down Madison Ave in Lakewood, and was attempting to make a left turn onto Courtney Road, when another vehicle driving down Madison Ave from the opposite direction slammed into him, ejecting him from the vehicle.
He was tragically pronounced deceased on scene.
The man was identified as Meshulem Feivel (Feivi) Mandel, a 33-year-old father of five. Feivi was originally from Brooklyn.
The levaya is scheduled for 5 pm today at the Lakewood Chapel, followed by the kevurah in Deans, NJ.
