One suspect points a gun at an employee and appears to clobber him before the man gets on the ground. Others use a hammer to shatter display cases and fill up bags of merchandise as a woman lies on the ground motionless.
The entire incident took just 60 seconds.
This shocking heist took place at Virani Jewelers in Iselin, just seven miles from the heavily Jewish town of Edison.
I wonder if this and other crimes as this are the done by Yeshiva Talmidim or by public school “graduates”?
I don’t understand why this store doesn’t have double doors so the owners could evaluate people to let in or not.
The owner should have armed security, in lieu of the fact that there were millions of dollars of valuable jewelry being stored there. Where I live, there was a jewelry store about one block from my house. One evening, a fine upstanding resident came into that store with a gun, with the intention of robbing the place. However, there was a police officer there on security duty, whom the owner had wisely hired. Both of them shot it out, and both missed each other. The robber fled empty handed. However, if it wasn’t for the cop, the owner or another person might have been killed or injured.
