The scathing indictment was issued by attorney Moshe Yechezkel and details how for a half a year from the beginning of 2022, the accused attacked two minors aged 12 and 14 who were studying in the Talmud Torah and exploited his position and role to give favorable attention to the youths in return for abusing them. The acts were performed during recesses when the teacher was in the locked classroom together with the pupils.

Requesting that the accused be remanded in custody until the end of legal proceedings, Yechezkel wrote that “the acts of the respondent show that he did not hesitate to use subterfuge and cunning in order to harm young juveniles. The respondent utilized his position to create trust and closeness and to exploit an opportunity to do what he is charged with.”

The accused is charged with performing criminal acts on a juvenile under 16 years old and under 14 years old while exploiting his position of authority and their dependence on him as well as utilizing his educational and supervisory role.

Police said that “if there are further victims of the accused, they should contact police and submit a complaint.” The man’s name was released for publication, and VINnews will provide the information for all who wish to submit complaints and who may have been victims of the teacher.

Don’t be disheartened. this is how it feels when we DEAL with this issue. it a good sign.

In years past when things like this “never happened by us” such an abuser would go on and abuse hundreds over 20-30 years… because it could never happen….

Buruch Hashem now, that we have all come to our senses that “things like this CAN happen by us” such a person is dealt with right away, before wreaking havoc on hundreds of Neshamas,

So hearing in the news every once in a while someone getting arrested is the price we pay for keeping our children safe. a price very well worth paying.

It sounds kind of ugly. If indeed something happened I still have one question? Where was the principal or menahel? Was this a one person school?

It’s a much worse case of abuse, when the City of New York forces little children to wear a disposable mask against their will while they try to snack on goodies during recess while playing outdoors.
