Israel (VINnews) — A young Arab man was arrested yesterday (Sunday) at 3:00 PM after a father with a wounded face and a son who was injured in a few places complained that they were attacked by an Arab who, they claimed, attacked them for no specific reason other than being a racist.

The Arab claimed that he was linked to the incident but said that he attacked them after the father started up with him first on Yerushalayim’s Yoel Street in the Bucharim neighborhood.

The police requested to extend his remand for an additional 5 days after he was brought before Hashalom Court this morning.

The court judge, Amir Shakedi decided to release the young man to house arrest which will take place tomorrow at 1:00PM, and said that according to the documents and results of the investigation that were presented to him, the man, who does not have a criminal record and works as a  construction worker, had indeed attacked a father and son for no specific reason other than racism and hostility towards the public.

The judge finished off by saying that  “Each of the parties sticks to their version regarding involvement in the fight and it’s’ not possible to learn from any kind of evidence that the complainants’ version should be preferred over the respondent’s version, even if I believe so, this does not mean that it justifies the reasonable suspicion and grounds for arrest”.

It’s obvious that the incoming right leaning Israeli government, is balanced by left leaning imbalanced judges.

What a CHOLERA, the nerve to think he’s a judge.

Can’t wait for Ben-Gvir and Smotrich and Co. to begin to govern. The only language these Palie MAMZERIM understand is what Ben-Gvir and Smotrich have in store for them.

KAHANE CHAI !!!
