DESPICABLE: Google Search for “Jew” Yields Vicious Antisemitic Trope

(VINnews) — It seems that antisemitism has become so accepted, even search engines are joining the notorious club.

Google has become the latest in a long list of media companies to express vicious and shocking antisemitism (in casual, nonchalant fashion). When one conducts a simple search for the word “Jew”, the first thing that pops up is an antisemitic trope insinuating that Jews are cheap.

At the very top of the results, the “dictionary definition” comes up, defining Jew as a verb meaning “bargain with someone in a miserly or petty way”. Yes, there is the warning “offensive”, but it is of little consolation. Kind of like when someone says, “No offense”, then proceeds to insult you or punch you in the face.

Astonishingly, this is the ONLY definition offered. No description of what a Jew represents, their rich and long heritage and history, or the many contributions that Jews provide to society.

It is almost as if Kanye West or Ilhan Omar were running the Google search engine. The continuing trend of antisemitism becoming the mainstream norm is truly horrific, and does not appear to be dissipating anytime soon.

This is what comes up for me:

a member of the people and cultural community whose traditional religion is Judaism and who trace their origins through the ancient Hebrew people of Israel to Abraham.

NOt sure if this is real. Please verify before posting stuff like this. Even Dov Hikind should have verified. I do not get this as the definition when I check. If true, it is offensive that this is the first definition (and the ONLY definition). I would not have minded if it was listed at the end as an offensive definition. I wanted to see what they say about the N word but was afraid to enter it in a search !

“Insinuating that Jews are cheap”
Having spent much of my life around us (& the rest around non-Jews) I’d say it’s more fact than insinuation.

When the word “jew” is used as a verb, that’s exactly what it means. Google has nothing to do with it. They just report how words are used. They shouldn’t hide it because of a few snowflakes.
