JERUSALEM (VINnews) — In a terrorist ramming attack which occurred in northern Tel Aviv on Tuesday afternoon, seven people were injured.

The attack occurred on Pinchas Rosen street in the Neve Dan district. Most of the injured were hurt in the initial ramming and one person was suffering from stab wounds after the terrorist left his car and stabbed her in the neck. Hospital officials in Beilinson and Ichilov hospitals reported that three of the victims are in moderate to serious condition, two are in moderate condition and two others are in light condition.
The terrorist was neutralized by passersby at the scene. He was identified as 23-year-old Hassin Issa Hussein Halaila, a resident of Samoa in the Southern Hevron hills. He was allegedly a chronically ill person who received a temporary resident permit in Israel for medical reasons.
Why do these new reports always say the terrorist was “neurtralized”? Just say it the way it is: The terrorist was killed.
