NEW YORK (VINnews) — In the ultimate display of cowardice and hypocrisy, woke Manhattan DA has admitted that he fears crime on the subway system.

Chief Prosecutor Alvin Bragg admitted in a televised interview Tuesday that when his relatives board a train, he gets “a knot in his stomach.”
“I know the statistics that transit crime is down, but when one of my family members gets on the train, I, too, get a knot in my stomach,” Bragg confessed in an interview with FOX5.
‘I live here, I’m raising my family here, so we have a lot more work to do,’ he added.
Bragg’s comments come as transit crimes spiked nearly 20 percent last month, compared to the same time period the year before.
He appeared to reference the latest NYPD data that show major crime in the city’s subway system is down 4.6% in the first six months of this year compared to 2022.
However that does not tell the whole story. Last month alone, there were 195 transit crime incidents compared to the 165 in June 2022.
In one of these horrendous crimes, a career criminal was accused of slashing three different women within just a 20-minute span on Father’s Day.
The alleged offender previously had four prior arrests outside of the city, and is now being held on Riker’s Island without bail.

A little know fact that has not been reported: Bragg was riding on the subways and a hooligan stole a Snickers bar out his hands while he was eating it. He claims that he was traumatized and is now suffering from PTSD.

Nonsense. As the article points out, transit crime is down this year.
The problems of the subway are mostly financial and lack of accessibility. Bragg has nothing to do with those.
