The Biden administration is building a border wall, something that he promised he would not do.
Even more bizarre, Biden told reporters Thursday that there was nothing he could do to stop construction of the border wall.
That is strange, since his own secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, used his sweeping executive powers to unilaterally waive dozens of laws to expedite the construction.

Mayorkas said in an announcement that the border crisis makes it “necessary to waive certain laws, regulations, and other legal requirements” in order to ensure the expeditious construction of “physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States.”
“On the border wall…when money was appropriated for the border wall, I tried to get them to reappropriate, to redirect that money,” Biden said to reporters on video, trying to explain why he is retracting on his pledge not to build a wall. “They didn’t, they wouldn’t. And in the meantime, there’s nothing under the law other than they have to use the money for whatever it’s appropriated. I can’t stop that.”
(Apparently nobody explained to Biden that as president, he is not legally mandated to use that money.)
When asked if he believes that border walls work, Biden responded: “No.”
Mayorkas said this week that the dire conditions at the southern border gave the administration the legal right to waive dozens of laws in order to rapidly build sections of border wall in areas that are being overrun by illegal aliens.
Mayorkas highlighted his own disgraceful record, citing the administration’s failures, citing that in August, nearly a quarter of a million illegal aliens were caught attempting to enter the U.S. which does not include illegals who escaped into the country.
The administration said in the announcement that it was waiving 26 laws to start construction, including the National Environmental Policy Act; the Endangered Species Act; the Federal Water Pollution Control Act; the National Historic Preservation Act, and many more.

Border walls work; they stopped the suicide bombers coming into Israel; also, they stopped illegal migrants from crossing into Israel from the Sinai. In Hungary, they stopped any illegal migrants from entering that country.

the mexico-us border hasn’t been in the news much since biden was elected. apart from this wall thing, the weekly tours of the border for members of congress and the press have been discontinued, but not much else has changed. it ain’t easy being the anti-trump.
