The Moetzes Gedolei Hatorah of Agudas Yisrael, Moetzes Gedolei Hatorah of Degel Hatorah and Moetzes Chachmei Hatorah of Shas have joined together, asking all Jews to hold a Yom Tefilla on Monday, Erev Rosh Chodesh Kislev.

They have released a letter saying (paraphrased) that due to the extremely difficult situation, when enemies are attacking and instilling fear, the Gedolim are calling on all of Klal Yisrael, both in Eretz Yisrael and throughout the world, to gather for special prayers on the “Eis Ratzon”, this Monday, Erev Rosh Chodesh, for men, women, and Tinnokos Shel Bais Rabban, to recite Tehillim or say the prayers of Yom Kippur Katan, which has the power to nullify [evil] decrees.

Rabosai:

Please notice the stark contrast. Klal Yisroel is suffering and we call for a Yom Tefiloh. When the Arabs are unhappy, they call for a day of rage, of senseless, hate-filled destruction. מי כעמך ישראל

Beautiful! This is what Hashem wants of us, not rally in Washington DC. Also we should call our congressmen and demand that they put pressure on the Israeli govt to get the hostages released now. It is despicable that it is taking them this long to free them. And demand that no funding should be sent to terrorist organizations and to the Israeli govt.
