JERUSALEM (VINnews) — BDE: The IDF announced the death of 30-year-old Zvika Lavie, a resident of the town of Eli in Samaria, who succumbed to wounds sustained three weeks ago during the Gaza offensive.

Lavie, a combat soldier in the 699 battalion, is survived by his wife Talya and three children. Friends described him as a “sensitive and caring person who gave a lot from himself to others.”
