IDF Names 4 Soldiers Who Fell In Battle In Gaza

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — BDE: As the IDF gradually closes in on Hamas strongholds in Sejaia and Khan Younis, there has been fierce fighting and casualties both in northern and southern regions of the Gaza strip. The IDF announced the names of two more casualties on Monday evening, and two others on Tuesday morning. Three of the soldiers lived in communities in Judea and Samaria.

– Captain Yarin Gahali, 22, from Rehovot, a platoon commander in the Givati Reconnaissance Unit, who fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip. He was posthumously promoted from lieutenant to captain.

– Captain (res.) Netanel Silberg, 33 from Moshav Na’ama, a Yahalom special forces commander, fell in battle in the northern part of the Strip.

– Sergeant-major (res.) Daniel Yaakov Ben Harosh, 31, from the town of Alon, fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip. He is survived by his wife and young son.

– Captain (res.) Rotem Yosef Levy, 24, from Oranit, fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip.

In addition, two soldiers from the 13th Battalion of the Golani Brigade were seriously injured on Monday night in battle in the southern Gaza Strip.

BD’E. Nebech young lives cut short. About time for Klal Yisroel to focus on the 126 lives of young soldiers that were killed, on how many widows and orphans, broken parents friends and neighbors. Perhaps if we will focus on this we as Yidden will have a different look on the war.
