The court unanimously refused to expedite a ruling on whether Trump is allowed to be prosecuted for Jan 6, since he was acting in capacity as president.

Now the appeals process will play out for months, and there will be no trial before the primaries.
PLUS: The Colorado judges who knocked Trump off the ballot should have their licenses revoked. They did not offer Trump a chance to defend himself. Also, Trump was never found guilty of insurrection, in fact was never CHARGED with insurrection–despite being charged with almost every other crime under the sun.
A staggering new poll shows a huge amount of voter fraud in the 2020 election. The Rasmussen Poll asked voters whether they actually followed the rules for mail-in ballots in 2020
21% of mail-in voters said they filled out a ballot for a family member or friend,
17% said they voted in a state where they no longer lived and
8% claimed they were offered “pay” or a “reward” for their vote.
All these are illegal.
Think about the math: Mail-in votes across the country totaled about 68 million in 2020. If 1 in 5 ballots were void for having been completed by a family member or friend, the invalid ballots totaled in the millions for that reason alone.
President Biden’s combined margin of victory in four key battleground states was a mere 81,000 votes. And Biden would be the primary beneficiary of any shenanigans and cheating, as 58% of Mr. Biden’s voters used mail-in ballots versus 32% of Mr. Trump’s voter
ALSO: President Biden is so unpopular, even Kamala Harris is beating him in the polls. The fake-news media is pretending the GOP primary race is close, and that Nikki Haley still has a chance.
Do not believe it. The primary is over, Trump is going to win. Period.
Now it is just a race for second place. The only reason the media is pretending that Haley has a chance, is they are desperate for ratings.

Are judges in Colorado licensed as judges or does the writer want their driver’s licenses revoked?
Trump was not on trial so there was no protocol for a defense. The court was ruling on a challenge to him being on the ballot The 213 page decision which includes the dissenting opinions of 2 judges is readily available for all to read. The extensive facts leading to the decision are laid out. Trump’s words were included in the decision. The case was brought by Republicans and those opposing the challenge testified in court.
Trump will have a chance to defend himself during all of his upcoming trials. All VIN readers should read the decision and make an informed decision as to the validity of the court’s finding.
Very few people are actually experts on the law, thus most comments are just shooting off their mouths. But I believe Dershowitz is an expert at the law and he said the Colorado decision is a travesty and abuse of the judiciary.
