The report says that this past summer, the Shin Bet received intelligence that the terror group was planning to carry out “a big move,” but the information was dismissed as insignificant.

The Shin Bet reportedly got the tip from a human source in Gaza with a time frame, saying the attack was planned during the week after Yom Kippur.

The October 7 invasion took place twelve days after Yom Kippur, and happened on the Shabbos which was the last day of the week following the High Holy Day.

The report says that the source in Gaza heard it from another person who had told him the details. While not confirmed, the report says the source was credible, although that may not have been known at the time.

However Shin Bet officials marked it as insignificant, concluding that “if this really nears implementation, we’ll receive additional intelligence” corroborating it.

The intel was reportedly not brought to the attention of senior Shin Bet officials, including Director Ronen Bar.

In its response to the report, the agency said: “At the moment, the Shin Bet is focused on the war. The Shin Bet is prepared to carry out in-depth and thorough investigations to learn lessons, and in this framework, all information that is available will be inspected. In any case, focusing on one specific intel report ot another can not reflect on the entire intelligence picture at the time.”

Stop the propaganda!
It is true that the shabak marked the report as insignificant. However, that’s just part of their cover up. They were 100% sure of the plans months in advance, and in preparation for enabling the attack, they did many things to cover up the spread of the knowledge of the imminent attack.
Why is it that we don’t need to wait for the end of the “war” to investigate things such as the three hostages who were killed by friendly fire, but regarding the leaders who enabled the holocaust, they need to be kept in their positions and not investigated?!
The answer is because they are needed to stay in their posititions to continue implementing the policy of creating conflict, death, and destruction on both sides. They need to implement the policy of lengthening the conflict by supplying the enemies with food, water, and fuel. They need to implement the policy of sacrificing Jewish soldiers by unnecessarily sending them into death traps.

This report was out weeks ago. We should wait for the investigation which will surely come. Meantime , we really don’t know anything except bits which are leaked or fake altogether.

Another report just leaked said their first reports came in after Yom Kippur. Another report says that only 3 Hamas commanders knew the date and time of the attack. So far there has been nothing to point at specific, other than Hashem the Pokeyach Ivrim blinded the world. Anything but that is 100% kefira.
