NEW YORK (VINnews) — Rabbi YY Jacobson reaffirmed his condemnation of Neturei Karta on Zev Brenner’s radio program this past Motzei Shabbos. Rabbi Jacobson said he is not certain they are even Jewish, because of their staunch support of haters of Klal Yisrael, such as the Ayatollah of Iran.

Rabbi YY continued, “It is mind boggling and pains me to the core that a Jew who puts on Tefillin would be able to march with the Nazis of nowadays, who want to chop every Jews head off.”
He emphasized that he is not paskening about their heritage, he is merely stating his instinctive emotions and deep-seated feelings.

Ami Magazine correspondent Jake Turx appeared on the program, and debated Rabbi Jacobson, suggesting that the mitzvah to love all Jews applies to NK.
However Rabbi Jacobson was steadfast in his disagreement, emphasizing that it is dangerous to accept their raw support for the most evil and dagerous people on the planet. “I can have compassion for them,” he said, “but their views are lethal and toxic because it is an issue of pikuach nefesh…certain views cannot be tolerated because they put lives in danger.”
“Every fiber of our being needs to be outraged by those views that are just horrific and poisonous,” he said.
At one point Rabbi Jacobson told Turx, “I’m shocked that you don’t feel the same outrage that I feel.”
Last week, Rabbi Jacobson spoke about NK in similar harsh terms. In response, Turx tweeted his love of NK, and compared the charges against them to past criticism of Chabad.

Why does R’ YY buy into the lie that NK is not working for the security and safety of Jews in Israel and around the world? The whole point of their movement is to push for a PEACEFUL dismantlement of the State of Israel, which is something all Jews wish to see.
