El-Kurd is now apparently under investigation for his inciteful invective, but worryingly, a number of Labor MPs attended the event and did not protest El-Kurd’s hate speech. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib also has strong ties to El-Kurd and has participated in events with him. El-Kurd has spoken at prominent American colleges including Harvard, Princeton,MIT, Duke and many other colleges.

London’s Metropolitan police released a statement on the matter:

“A video of remarks made by one of the speakers at yesterday’s protest in central London has been shared extensively online.

“Officers are aware of the remarks, the commentary surrounding them and the subsequent statements issued by the speaker.

“They are assessing the matter and as part of that assessment will be seeking to speak to the individual concerned.

“We will provide a further update in due course.”

El-Kurd has predictably denied his statements, writing online that “It is clear from the context of my speech on 13 January 2024 that I denounce massacres, murder, and genocide and that the closing of my speech was to state “we should NOT normalise massacres”. I was also clearly referring to the massacres perpetrated by Israel against the Palestinian people. I reject the bad faith attempts to slander me as someone who would encourage or promote unlawful violence. I don’t want to waste more time on this matter, because we all should be focusing on the horrors in Gaza.”

However the video is clear evidence that El-Kurd incited to massacres as his previous words were “Our day will come but we must not be complacent.” In the past El-Kurd has also referred to rape and murder by Hamas as “retaliation.”

A poet and writer? Ha. Would be poetic if a Gaza rocket landed on his house with him inside.

Nothing will happen, the Stasi Met. will do nothing, now if he had silently prayed near an abortion clinic they would have sent a dozen cops to arrest him, if he had said there are only 2 genders and you can’t change it he would have been arrested too and be facing hate crime charges.

Wow. He’s a “poet”. Big deal.
I mean, how hard is it really to find words that rhyme with kill, rape, death, behead, burn, etc. ?

This is a call for genicide
the Hamas charter does not diferentiate between jews wherever they live as long as the lews are breathing anywhere on the face of the earth all living jews are legitimate targets

During the second world war the jews of hungary thought that the Germans wanted only to kill jews from Ppoland however the Germans would not kill Hungarian jews and they were mistaken
lesson to be learned when somone sais something like this

All jews need to change thei ways

And all jews should use all legal means to fight people like these
