POLL: Israelis Overwhelmingly Prefer Trump Over Biden

ISRAEL (VINnews) —bAccording to a new poll, Israelis prefer President Trump to President Biden, by an overwhelming margin.

Results show that forty-four percent of Israelis would rather see Trump return to the White House in 2025, compared to 30% who would prefer Biden be elected for a second term, according to the new Channel 12 survey.

26% said they didn’t know which one they would rather elected.

Among Israelis who voted for the current government coalition, 72% said they preferred Trump while 8% preferred Biden. On the flipside, 55% of respondents who voted for the opposition preferred Biden and 23% said they would rather Trump.

The poll had a margin of error of 4.4%.

Questioned about the war against Hamas, 49% of people said they believe Israel should immediately establish a State Commission of Inquiry into the events surrounding the October 7 massacre while 43% believe it should be established after the end of the war.

Just 2% of people believe no such commission is needed and 6% said they were unsure.

President Biden and his administration have grown increasingly hostile toward Israel. They have placed enormous pressure on Prime Minister Netanyahu to agree to a cease fire, accused him of not being careful about civilian casualties, and have opposed a much-needed operation in Rafah.

In addition, although Biden promised to send billions to Israel, not a dime in aid has been sent, and Biden rarely mentions it. When the House nearly passed a standalone funding bill for Israel, Biden threatened to veto it.
