During the visit, Netanyahu praised the soldiers and commanders for what he described as a “historic achievement” that significantly advanced Israel’s security interests through precise, high-quality intelligence gathered in coordination with multiple agencies.

“We have a job to finish: the eradication of Hamas and the return of our hostages. We are not giving up on that even for a moment,” Netanyahu said. “The essence of what they have seen in Iran, though, is that there is no axis. This plan of destroying Israel is currently off the table.”

The Prime Minister emphasized the accuracy and effectiveness of the intelligence work, calling it “a tremendous achievement of historic proportions” and likening it to an arrow striking a target with precision.

“This is a tremendous component—the interaction between the government and military echelons, the combination of intelligence, the air force, and other branches. That brought the result,” he said.

Netanyahu added that while the operation had dealt a significant blow to regional threats, the mission is not over. He cited the continued need to confront Hamas and other militant groups, as well as to deter emerging threats such as nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.

“You have a great part in the successes thus far,” Netanyahu told the intelligence personnel. “I wish, for all of us, that you will continue to contribute your part in ensuring the eternity of Israel.”
