JERUSALEM (VINnews) — The Gaza Report, a news site which gathers information in Gaza from local sources, claims based on internal sources in Gaza that senior Hamas leaders, led by Izz al-D al-Haddad, have agreed to a ceasefire deal, and they’re giving the organisation’s external leadership the authority to be the final agreement mediators. It seems the ball is now in the court of Hamas’s leadership in Qatar, as the leadership inside Gaza wants the war to end as quickly as possible.

Moreover numerous sources report that Qatar and Turkey have also recently delivered a stern message to the Hamas leadership, stating that the agreement formulated by the U.S. administration represents the last opportunity to end the war in the Gaza strip before the region faces total collapse.
According to the sources, Qatar and Turkey made it clear to Hamas that they will not be able to continue providing political, economic and diplomatic support if the organization chooses to reject the proposed ceasefire framework. Both countries emphasized that this is a decisive moment, and any attempt to delay or evade the process could lead to a severing of ties and further deepen Hamas’s international isolation.
The message delivered to Hamas was firm and unequivocal: if it does not take advantage of the window of opportunity now open, it will close, and the cost may be irreversible.
