WATCH: Yosef Chaim Ohana Reunited With Father, Who Screams ‘Shma Yisrael’

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — As the hostages are reunited with their families, the pictures emerging depict unbelievable joy and longing as well as showing the immense suffering suffered by both sides over the two years of the Swords of Iron war.

Matan Tzangauker’s mother Einav was one of the most vociferous family members of hostages, calling time after time for an end to the war and the release of her son and the other hostages. On Monday she was finally reunited with her son.

Yosef Chaim Ohana was also a hostage for 738 days. His father, a religious man, emulated Yaakov Avinu on meeting his son Yosef and said Shma Yisrael before hugging his son in a tight embrace
