Grand Forks, ND – A County prosecutor says no charges are planned against a University of North Dakota student suspected of drawing a swastika on a campus apartment door.

Assistant State’s Attorney Nancy Yon says she does not have enough evidence to prove it was drawn to harass someone.
Yon said other graffiti also was drawn on the door with the swastika.
UND police have been investigating several incidents of racist graffiti on campus. Student Scott Lebovitz moved out of his dorm room and into his fraternity house, citing anti-Semitic taunts and graffiti, as was reported here on VIN NEws. Another student, Spencer Garness, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly writing “Scott is a Jew” in ice cream on a dorm elevator.
Surely there was “no charge” in the “noose” incident reported some months ago (not the rabbi mentioned in passing yesterday, but rather a black woman possibly in a NYC government office).
