The hateful symbol was found on the bus stop in front of the corner hardware store at 18th Avenue and 60th Street.
Security footage captured a female suspect spraying the swastika at approximately 10:30 AM on Thursday morning.
The sign that was defaced was an ad from the website jewbelong.com, and read as follows:
“We’re just 75 years since the gas chambers. So no, a billboard calling out Jew hatred isn’t an overreaction.
The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force was on scene investigating on Thursday afternoon, after which Boro Park Shomrim removed the despicable scrawls.
Welcome to crooklyn!!! People get away with murder these days ,,, unless they change the bail reform NOTHING will happend !!! Why Jews voted for this old fool I still don’t get it …
These signs are dumb and waste of money. These signs serve absolutely no purpose. Just make money for advertising agencies.
Boro Park has cameras all over, use them.
Those provocative ads are from a non-Orthodox group. They could attract the wrong type of attention.
Way to prove the billboard’s point.
a few thoughts
1 after the murders in ey i feel petty even kvetching about graffitti
2 she is a mamzer ,
3 but that misguided pink billboard is what is adding fuel to the hate .. i think that’s possibly why they chose that spot – not excusing
4 and i wish we wouldnt even give it any coverage the pic of the white swastika on the pink billboard will be a viral photo exactly what they want
They can’t. They’ll find it’s a neturah karta doing it
