UTA of Kiryas Yoel MonDroe Shelling out $6 Million for a Office Building with no Tenants in Place.

2

Kiryas Yoel MonDroe – A five-story building 65,000-square-foot structure, is in the early stages of construction, on Bakertown Rd in front of the sewage treatment plant, for offices and stores.

But the project was on hold till now because no banks would lend money for the work without tenants in place, then community leaders got a $6 million loan from Kiryas Yoel’s religious school system – the United Talmudical Academy (UTA).
The deal generated roughly $2.7 million to start construction, which could total $6 million to $6.5 million, they plan to borrow the rest after lining up the tenants.
And who are the sponsors Officially, it’s the United Talmudical Academy, which now owns, through two shell corporations, both the shopping center and the 2 acres where the business center is being build.

Kendall L. Rattley, 20, of Stafford County is charged with impersonating a police officer, obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon, police say.
He is charged in connection with an incident at Spotsylvania Mall.
A deputy went to the mall about 11:20 a.m. Friday after receiving a report about a suspicious person, that security agents had a confrontation with a man who claimed to be a New York City police officer. but he did not have any valid identification.
The man told them that he was assigned to the 90th precinct and handed over a plastic card with a picture of a New York patrolman’s badge.
He didn’t know the telephone number to his office or provide other information to prove a New York police position.
The man was handcuffed and was being patted down when he told the deputy that he had a BB gun in his possession. A black pellet gun was retrieved from his waistband, along with a small amount of suspected marijuana and a wallet identifying him as Rattley.
