BAGHDAD, Iraq Commercial Helicopter Shot Down, 11 Dead

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) The U.S. Embassy said Guerrillas have shot down a Bulgarian commercial helicopter in Iraq Thursday, north of Baghdad, killing eleven people, six Americans.

SOFIA, Bulgaria. Three people aboard the helicopter were Bulgarians.

Bulgaria’s Defense Ministry says the helicopter was shot down by missile fire.
