Manhattan NY. +Major Collapse+ At 1380 Riverside Drive and 181st St. major retaining wall collapse at the Henry Hudson Parkway N/B massive amount of debris, dirt & trees onto the N/B entrance ramp and on all 3 lanes. Highway N/B will be closed entirely at this time, S/B is open. OEM req heavy eqipment from DDC & Sanitation to help search for victims in cars that may be buried. PD called a level 3 mobilization.

Searches are suspended awaiting heavy duty equpment convoy from The Bronx and Queens that are heading to the scene, listening devices are being used to check for poss.
