Tractor-trailer overturns, shuts down Exit 4 exit ramps on I-84

Town of Wallkill – A tractor trailer flipped on Interstate 17 about 11:30 a.m. today, sending debris all over the road and shutting down both eastbound and westbound exit ramps onto Route 17 at Exit 4.
State police and emergency crews plan to reopen one of the exits as soon as conditions permit, the New York State Thruway Authority said in a news release.
Both eastbound and westbound entrance ramps at Exit 4, near the Galleria at Crystal Run, remain open.
