    Editor and publisher Igor Kolodzenko already had two suspended sentences on his record for inciting ethnic hatred, one for the crime of publishing an article that openly called for violence against Jews. Kolodzenko continued to publish anti-Semitic articles, now the court sentenced him to two years in prison. [JTA]
