Matthew Silberzweig, 38, was taken into custody by Nassau police officers in cooperation with an FBI investigation into a conspiracy to carry out a murder, according to court records.
The two-page indictment unsealed in federal court at Silberzweig's arraignment in Brooklyn gave sketchy details of the plot. [Newsday]
