Kiev, Ukraine – Police have identified an 11-year-old boy as a suspect in an arson attack on the Simcha Jewish school.
The school was targeted in recent months by rock throwing youths. Someone has also wrapped the message “Death to the Jews!” around a rock before throwing it through a window.
