Padmanie Ramdhanie said she was branded "lazy," denied vacation and routinely made to clean her supervisor's office and fetch her lunch while she was a work-study coordinator at the college's W.23rd St. campus.

When Ramdhanie complained and wrote letters to superiors, she was accused of being a troublemaker and later fired without warning,

Touro College vehemently denies the allegations. A lawyer for the school said staff "bent over backwards" to help Ramdhanie and accommodate her child-care needs. He said she has invented these "scurrilous allegations" to get cash.

Court papers state that her boss, Annette Kurz of Russia, told Ramdhanie she did not want "any more blacks working in this office because a Russian person would do a better job" and that "Russian people are much better with their numbers than your people."

She said she repeatedly appealed for help, but was told she could not be transferred from her $30,000-a-year job. She was fired in July 2005. [NY Daily News]

So Hypothetically, if the single black mom was lazy on the job and the Russian boss was racially abusive the single black mom should still legally win?, in any case I dont believe Touro College to be the shining example of moral conduct today anyhow…..
