    An indoor year-round pool with an outdoor deck, approximately 35,000 square feet of additional amenities, two fitness facilities, a yoga studio, multi-purpose recreation room, whirlpool, co-ed sauna, Turkish steam bath, heat pit and private treatment rooms, two theater-screening rooms, video game room, a golf simulator.

    It is comprised of three residential buildings containing 1,085 luxury condos with 60,000 square feet of retail space, below-grade parking for 700 cars, and approximately 1.75 acres of open space.

    This is the binging of the end of Williamsburg’s N. Side,
    More than 100,000 want to live their but can’t afforded it.

    Let see how long it will take to sell this condominium.
