Queens, NY – Wiretap in Dentist Slaying to be Released

Queens, NY – A judge ordered prosecutors to turn over wiretaps related to the murder of a Queens dentist.

Queens Supreme Court Justice Robert Hanophy said prosecutors must release the taped phone conversations of Mazoltuv Borukhova, 34, recorded after she allegedly paid a relative almost $20,000 to kill her husband, Daniel Malakov.

The judge also set a tentative trial date for late October, which would also apply to Borukhova’s accomplice and uncle, Mikhail Mallayev, 50. [nydailynews]
