Sullivan County, Barryville, NY – After a search dive teams and boats from Yulan, Highland Lake and Lumberland have located a victim in the water of the Deleware River at Landers Campground on Rt 97, where he and four others tried to swim across the river from the New York shore to the Pennsylvania side. The others made it, but a strong current dragged him under the water.
The aided is in cardiac arrest and is being transported to Bon Secours with CPR in progress.
