The 43-year-old man from Brooklyn, owner of a bakery, is an occasional patron at the eatery.

At 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, police received a 911 call, three male employees claimed a man was hitting on two female workers and the men stepped in to intercede when he allegedly pulled the gun and aimed it at him.

Monticello Police seized the gun and his permit. He will appear before Judge Frank LaBuda for a hearing to determine if his permit will be reinstated.

This person has no right to carry a conceled weapon. It is in everyones best interest if the judge revokes his permit.

This summer I haven’t been up to the Catskills.

I have apparently been spared gunfights, fistfights, car fights, fights with the police, fights with the fire department, fights with the Rosh Yeshiva, and fights with other bungalow owners.
It sounds like the wild west.

Thank you VIN for making me feel better about staying home!

I am a Gun carry permit holder and I think his permit should be revoked immediately, the law states clearly that you may not withdraw your weapon unless threatened with your life and under 50 ft. (unless you work for the NFL) & Reply to #8 if you think there are no EDP with Gun permits go hang out in the Range a little, you will walk around with Kevlar 24/7 .

I think I should wait and hear what the accused man has to say. I don’t know who he is, and I don’t know his employees, the question is, ‘what was happening there that night”, what brought him to wield a gun, was he threatened by on of the employees, or felt imminent danger, or he has just gone wild. We need to hear a full story before jumping to conclusions.

#21 , you are so right. Unfortunately when the media assumes a yid is guilty until proven innocent, we all go wild. We yell “anti-semitism”. But we ourselves take the liberty to judge someone guilty without hearing two sides to the story.
Vei iz mihr, if Ha-Shem will judge each of us as harshly as we judge each other!!!

don’t you find it funny that the same judge that gave him the license for the gun in the first place, his friend, who he gives free food to from his “restaurant” is the one who gets to determine if his permit will be reinstated? interesting world were living in huh?
