Ophir claimed, “The newspaper published an anti-Semite and racist blood libel which constitutes incitement to racism against Jews and IDF soldiers.” He added, “The suit was filed in New York since the paper is distributed there and since the reporter made a connection to claims of New York resident rabbis who trade with organs.”

good luck to this new lawyer, i hope he wins.
Kol ha kavod! The Sweeds are guilty of complacency, collaboration, and being so liberally ‘open-minded’ that their brains fall out. There is a time for free speech, and a time for stopping those who yell ‘fire’ in a dark, crowded banquet hall with one exit.

Hit them where it hurts the most: in the pocketbook!
Lawsuit should come from the state of Israel and the IDF since the accusations were made against IDF. Not sure if he is going to win anything but good luck to him.
