    Sources told the newspaper that the U.S. relayed its position to Ankara after invitations for a joint military drill to be held in central Turkey were sent out to several countries, but not to Israel.

    Let’s see how far Obama is willing to take this. With the power of words that his campaign and administration have used in the past, he will predictably find some statement that is PC that addresses the national security issues that override the commitment to Israel. I base this on actions, not the commitments and promises made regarding Israel’s security.

    Now, let’s review again. Who was the worst president in recent history?

    Actually Turkey is a FAR more important strategic ally to the US than is Israel. He is actually putting Israel’s security interests ahead of those of the US here and that is very risky. Supporters of Israel need to take note.
