The discovery was made Wednesday morning as heavy snow once again snarled traffic and commutes.

Police say the driver of the BMW apparently slid on the slick road at a stoplight and rear-ended a taxi. But the driver got out of the car and ran, and the taxi driver called 911.

Police noticed the back seat was folded down. They eventually discovered the unidentified man in the trunk. He was hospitalized in stable condition.

    Authorities are investigating.

The driver should sue the taxi driver for messing up his kidnapping.

I think that the person in the trunk was actually the driver. He got scared after causing the accident so he stuffed himself into the trunk by flipping down the back seat. People only thought that the driver ran away because they saw the BMW was empty. I bet you the head wound matches the cracked windshield of the car.

Am I mistaken? Wasn’t this on Law & Order a couple of years ago?

Moral of the story: If you are doing something illegal, please drive carefully and un suspiciously (I can’t afford anymore pidyon shvuyim campaigns).
