As you watch this propaganda, bear in mind that there is no freedom of the press, and that the country is run by lunatic dictators who have shown little hesitation in stifling any signs of opposition.

Iranian Jews might live under tension and difficult lives in Iran, but their culture is authentic and has been preserved for Thousands of years in Persia. Comparing them to Eastern European Jews under Stalinist movement is hyperbole. Their rabbis are not being swept into gulags and synagogues are not being turned into warehouses. Our American Jews scream antisemitism every time they don’t get an eiruv in a town for shabbat and panic without the conveniences of kosher for passover cakes, while Iranian Jews still manage to maintain their heritage very well under the circumstances they live in.
