WABC-TV New York (http://bit.ly/18IURUW) reports that the woman seen in the video is wanted only for questioning.

The woman was seen entering the church in Spring Valley where funeral services were held for the baby on November 23. She was captured on the video at 10:14 am.

The baby’s body was found on November 13 in a plastic bag at Brookfield Recycling in Elmsford, Westchester County. Investigators have ruled the death a homicide.

Investigators suspect the baby boy might have been Hispanic, and are performing genetic testing to find out.

A black skirt and a towel with a floral design were found with the baby.

The clothes found with the baby are usually are sold and worn in the Hassidic community. Investigators added that sometimes women working for someone in Hassidic community are made to wear that type of clothing while in the Jewish home.

Police were investigating the possibility that the mother of the child was a housekeeper at a Jewish home in the area, as previously reported on VIN News.

The reward is now up to $5,000 for any information provided that can identify the baby and the parents.
