As reported by The Times of Israel (http://bit.ly/J6eUjT) several incidents were reported of people caught in flash floods that swept their cars away by late afternoon. One man that had been hiking in the Judean desert has been reported as missing after storm waters rushed through a wadi where he was hiking.

The winter storm began Tuesday, with high winds starting on Wednesday, causing property damage all over the country.

In Ashdod, a shed was blown into an electric pylon, causing it to fall on a truck with a driver inside. Rescue services could not reach the trapped driver until power in the area was shut down. The man was evacuated without injuries.

In Nahal Kidon a vehicle carrying two passengers was swept away in a flash flood. The occupants were able to escape without injury. An eight-story building in Rishon Lezion was flooded due to a blockage in the roof drainage system, which caused damage to 40 apartments below.

Emergency and disaster services across Israel were on high alert in preparation for storm, and hospital emergency rooms warned of possible disastrous situations the coming winter could bring, due to overworked staff and a lack of resources.

Heavy rain is expected to turn to snow in Jerusalem and at higher elevations by Thursday, as temperatures drop to below freezing.

You mr peres stated that gay marriage is normal so normal weather is coming your way. Don’t play with the Torah. Stop drafting yeshiva boys when the army is cutting manpower due to too many unneeded soldiers.

When I read the story I was waiting for some simpleton (euphemism, of course) to blame the inclement weather on gay marriage. Bravo, anonymous author of comment #1 . You win the prize.

Last month they let go hundreds of seasoned soldiers. The drafting of yeshiva boys is a way of cutting aid to poor frum families while no aid is cut to the arab families. Even gaza who shoot missiles get their hundred million every three months from the Israeli secularist government. They hate chereidim more than the arabs.

    It’s winter time.

All over the world, during the winter, this sort of thing happens and has done so for many thousands of years.

It’s not a sign of anything.

Its not a blessing if the rain causes flooding and serious damage.

Praying for rain while you support drafting yeshiva boys and fund gay parades and allow tattoo shops is like going to the mikveh holding a sheretz. Its worthless.

When Sea Gate was wiped out by a storm did anyone blame gay marriage in united states?
