Mark Rosenberg of Miami’s Chesed Shel Emes said that the two individuals were spotted waving to helicopters searching woodlands surrounding the Caribe Cove Resort where the two girls had been spending Shabbos with their schoolmates.
Steve Arthur, public information officer at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement confirmed that Bracha Katz and Rivka Moshe were located by members of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department.
Rosenberg said that the two people spotted identified themselves as the two missing girls, Bracha Katz and Rivka Moshe, both from Miami.
The rescue is further complicated because of swamps in the area that prevented rescuers from reaching the teens.
Rosenberg said that while rescuers have yet to make physical contact with the girls, based on their verbal communication the teens appear to be in good condition.

To #5 - Don’t be quick to blame the victims, or to imply that they were up to something. Maybe they went for a walk, and got lost. It happens to experienced hikers, all the time.
