A 26-year-old man allegedly broke into a house around 2:45 a.m. Monday in the St. Albans neighborhood of Queens when he encountered the two brothers.
The teen and his 27-year-old brother used a baseball bat and possibly a knife to battle the burglar, according to police. The fight spilled out into the street as police responded to a 911 call of a burglary in progress.
The alleged burglar suffered head trauma and a stab wound to the torso. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His name has not been released.
So far, there are no arrests.
If you play a man’s game, you may have to pay a man’s price. One less drug addict on the streets or incarcerated at taxpayer expense.
Why should there be any arrests? According to the New York State Penal Code, as approved by the General Assembly, and signed by the Governor, one is justified in using deadly force against a perpetrator breaking into one’s residence. The two brothers were justified in killing that perpetrator. Too many times, it is the other way around, whereby a burglar breaks into an occupied residence, during a home invasion, and kills and/or tortures the helpless occupants. This was a win for the good guys. Yidden, if a burglar breaks into your home, show them no mercy. Otherwise, they will try to kill you and your family.
“So far, there are no arrests” ….Are you kidding !!!!
if the brothers wanted the law on their side , they should of “taken care of him” within the confines of their home. i guess they didn’t want the mess
only in NYC a liberal paradise is the logic used like in Sodom of criminals having rights, who is there is to arrest a dead criminal? this is the same logic yamsar used to arrest the hero Elor Azaria.
If it had been Yidden protecting their homes in this manner, they police would have arrested them.
