Politico, citing three U.S. officials familiar with the matter, reported on Thursday that Pence plans to go on a trip starting Jan. 6 that would consist of him visiting Bahrain, Israel, Poland and possibly other places. Bahrain has been one of a handful of countries to normalize ties with Israel over the past four months.

It would be the vice president’s first overseas trip since last January when he visited Rome and Jerusalem.

Pence’s aides declined to comment to Politico.

Pence may as well get some travel in at our expense before January 20th. What a waste of taxpayer money.
He has to conduct the January 6th vote to conform the Electoral votes and be back to attend the inauguration on January 20th after clearing out his office and vacating the VP residence.
