NEW YORK (VINnews) — Former US ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley slammed President Biden’s attempts to renegotiate the Iran deal in a Fox News interview. Haley was asked how the US could make such an about face from eliminating an Iranian general to sitting down at the table and discussing their nuclear arsenal. She replied that any such deal would include lifting sanctions on Iran, enabling them to continue to fund terror, maintain a presence in Syria and destabilize the region. At present the sanctions have caused Iranians to protest against the regime but lifting them without demanding a stop for terror support, enrichment of uranium for a nuclear weapon as well as the Iranian missile program is not just a step in Iran’s favor but will harm the interests of the US’s friends in the region- Israel and the moderate Arab countries.

Haley added that the Biden administration is “snubbing our friends like Israel while at the same time cozying up to Iran.” She said that despite being in office for over two weeks, President Biden has “yet to call the Israeli prime minister” despite Israel being one of the US’s closest allies.

Haley, who is considered a frontrunner for the 2024 Republican nomination and has already set up a PAC to pursue her political goals, critized Biden’s foreign policies in general regarding America’s adversaries like China and Iran, stating that he was being “complacent about our enemies.”

Once again she blows it. It was Trump, not Biden, or Obama, who let Iran resume enriching uranium.

Does the United States always have to do things in Israel’s interests?
