Samuel Fussell, 18, was arrested on charges of first-degree murder, first-degree assault, aggravated robbery, aggravated motor vehicle theft, first and second-degree burglary and felony menacing.
Fussell was taken into custody in Greeley by the Denver Police Department’s Fugitive Unit, with the assistance of the FBI Safe Streets Task Force and the Greeley Police Department.
The fatal shooting happened Aug. 17 in west Denver outside of the Yeshiva Toras Chaim Talmudical Seminary near West Colfax Avenue and North Stuart Street. Silverberg, a student there, was shot and killed after the suspects approached him. He was from the Cleveland area.
I hope the judge decides on capital punishment and they should be killed in the main plaza of Denver
