ROCKLAND (VINnews) — Grafton Thomas, the vicious antisemitic monster who allegedly attacked and stabbed multiple Jews, killing one of them, will not stand trial in the foreseeable future, if ever at all.

A state judge has ruled that Thomas is mentally unfit, and he will be held in an institution.
Judge Kevin Russo issued the ruling on the accused Monsey Chanukah stabber, which will remain intact for at least one year. However Thomas’ attorney Michael Sussman said that he expects it to last for much longer. He added, “We want him close to his mother’s home,” which is located in upstate New York
Thomas was charged in the stabbing of five Jews with a machete at a Chanukah party in Rabbi Rottenberg’s Shul in Forshay in 2019. He is reportedly a member of the Black Hebrew Israelites.
Yosef Neumann zt”l, age 72, was critically injured and comatose after being stabbed in the head, and died three months after the attack.
An avowed antisemite, when the FBI searched Thomas’ home and his cell phone, they found references to Jews, Hitler, and Nazi culture.
His browser included searches for: “Why did Hitler hate the Jews; German Jewish Temples near me; Zionist Temples in Elizabeth, NJ; Zionist Temples of Staten Island; Prominent companies founded by Jews in America;” according to legal documents.
In addition to state charges, Thomas faces federal hate-crime charges, although a federal judge has found him unfit to stand trial as well.
The state charges include second-degree murder, six counts of attempted murder, and assault. The 10-count federal indictment includes hate crimes injuring while trying to kill based on religion and obstructing the free exercise of religion in an attempt to kill.
