Judge Ilan Sela ruled that the youth was involved in throwing rocks and bottles at policemen near Damascus Gate and later on the same evening participated in a lynch against an innocent Jewish person who was walking from the tomb of Shimon Hatzadik with his dog. The incident occurred in the month of Ramadan just prior to Operation Protective Edge and the riots by Israeli Arabs in May 2021.

The Jewish man, Eliezer Rosen, was attacked by tens of Arabs who kicked him, beat him with sticks and punches and pushed a supermarket trolley on him.

“I said Shma Yisrael and Vidui (confession), I didn’t think I’d make it out alive,” Rosen said.

As a result of the lynch, which was partially documented on social media, Rosen suffered broken limbs and numerous blows. To this day he is being treated for the injuries and for severe trauma.

Judge Ilan Sela who ruled on the matter said that the youth kicked Rosen and was in the ring of perpetrators of the lynch.

The youth claimed that he was not involved in the incident and added that his mother had converted to Islam, meaning that he himself is halachically Jewish. He stressed that “my mother is from a Jewish family and I have nothing against Jews.”

However the judge dismissed this claim. “The attempt to prove lack of involvement in the lynch because the accused is the son of a Jewish woman who converted to Islam has no basis. The accused did not live and grow up as a Jew and his actions regarding the second accusation [throwing stones at police] and regarding the first accusation which are not disputed, contradict his claim.

Sentencing will take place at a later date. Attacks against Jews at the Shimon Hatzadik tomb and in the neighborhood continue to occur on a nearly daily basis.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court will discuss an appeal by terrorist Ala’a Ziwad from Umm El-Fahm, whose citizenship was revoked. Ziwad attacked and stabbed people at the Gan Shmuel junction, seriously injuring a female soldier. He was sentenced to 25 years in jail and his Israeli citizenship was revoked. One of the witnesses testifying in Ziwad’s favor was his Jewish girlfriend, who directed a Facebook group encouraging assimilation by creating relationships between Jews and Arabs.

Yet another wonderful benefit of the Zionist paradise: Arabs ensnaring Jewish girls, abusing them and raising their kids as Muslims. They need an entire organization to deal with these situations, R”L L”A.

But people still genuflect to the Zionist idol.
