ANOTHER: Pregnant Jewish Woman Assaulted on London Bus

STAMFORD HILL (VINnews) — Yet another vicious antisemitic attack in London, the latest in a wave of hate crimes against local Jews. A pregnant Jewish woman was allegedly blocked from getting off a bus. According to a report in the Jewish Chronicle, the vicious thug yelled, “Don’t get off the bus ****** Jew.”

The incident took place on February 16, and Shomrim said that the man was a repeat offender, as is the case with many such assaults.

This is the latest in what is becoming a terrifying trend. Several weeks ago, a Charedi man was assaulted in a north London apartment building. Surveillance footage showed the attacker arguing with the victim, pointing at him, and then grabbing his phone. The two struggled, before the attacker repeatedly punched the man, knocked off his yarmulka, then ran off.

In a separate incident, a Charedi woman was videotaped pushing a carriage with one child in it and another standing on the back, then swerving out of the way of three oncoming men.

The man allegedly yelled, “We don’t want Jews here, heil Hitler,” then raised his right arm in a Nazi salute.

Last month, two Charedi men were viciously attacked in front of a Stamford Hill bakery.

Rabbi Herschel Gluck, president of Stamford Hill Shomrim, was quoted in the JC as saying that in most cases, the police response was either too slow or non-existent.

He added: “The police don’t feel motivated to take these cases seriously.”
