NEW YORK (VINnews) — During his presentation of evidence of possible fraud in the Wisconsin 2020 general election and February 2021 by-election, Justice Gableman showed videos of a lawyer asking people who are incapacitated what they had voted, demonstrating that they had no idea about their votes and did not understand the procedure. He described a voting rate of 95%-100% in nursing homes despite the level of incapacity of the constituents.

Pathetic. In Wisconsin, a mentally incapacitated person only loses the right to vote if a judge explicitly orders that. Gableman’s review did not make clear whether those voters were legally barred from voting by a judge.
Also, a POA for health care doesn’t deprive you of your right to vote.

Having the title Justice is quite misleading
Not unusual. Happens the world over. Volunteers “help” the incapacitated to exercise their rights, and then steal their votes while poll workers look the other way. Its an ethical question of denying rights, defining “incapacitated” and polling workers who taint the process they are paid to protect. TThe issue can be expanded to “buying” and “selling” votes etc.
