According to reports, an elderly woman lost control of her car, jumped the curb, crashed into a parked car, and overturned – ending up right in front of Wasserman’s Supermarket.

Normally at that time, the sidewalk is crowded with pedestrians, however miraculously the sidewalk was practically empty, as can be seen in the video.

Security camera footage taken from the store shows the vehicle appears to be traveling at a considerably high speed.

Queens Hatzolah and the FDNY transported three victims to local hospitals–the driver, a passenger sitting in the parked car, and a pedestrian – all with non-life-threatening injuries, b’Chasdei Hashem.

I once had a neighbor an old woman who crashed in to a wall and gave up driving,
This woman should do the same she is a danger to the public and to herself.

It might be time for that person to consider taking a bus.

Oh my.
when my grandparents advanced in age, they responsibly relinquished their licenses, as they recognized the danger that sluggish reflexes could pose. This was despite my grandfather being mentally sound until his death at 95, and being physically healthy until not long before!
Elderly people should be encouraged to give up driving BEFORE a tragedy happens ch”v.
